Coaching that works with how your mind works.
Specialist coaching for ADHD and neurodivergent minds, and the families and workplaces around them. Delivered with warmth, care and expertise, we start exactly where you are, and move at your pace.

Psychology-led coaching, grounded in twenty years of professional practice.
I'm Lisa Parker, an Occupational Psychologist and coach accredited by the Universal Coaching Alliance at Seasoned Accredited Coach level. I specialise in ADHD, neurodiversity and systemic coaching, supporting individuals and organisations to create clarity, confidence and meaningful change.
For over twenty years I've worked across the NHS and the private sector in assessment and development, leadership development, coaching, talent management and culture change. I'm a trained ILM Level 7 coach, mentor and facilitator, and hold a qualification in Systemic Coaching and Constellations.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology, alongside the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, so psychometrics and practical tools sit naturally within my coaching. I'm also a qualified mediator and MBTI practitioner. My approach is adaptive, person-centred and trauma-informed, and informed by lived experience: I have ADHD, as do my two children.

A few things people often ask.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a professional partnership in which a coach supports a client's thinking, decision-making, and goal achievement without giving advice, focusing on helping the client maximise personal or professional potential.
What is neurodiversity coaching?
Neurodiversity coaching (also known as neurodivergent coaching, neuro-affirming coaching, and neurodiversity-informed coaching) helps neurodivergent people accept and celebrate their strengths. This includes helping people with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette's syndrome, as well as autistic people. Neuro-affirming coaching works around the idea that we should celebrate neurological differences.
What is trauma-informed coaching?
Trauma-informed coaching is a client-centred approach that recognises the impact of trauma on an individual's life and creates a safe, supportive environment to foster healing, resilience, and personal growth. Unlike therapy, the focus is not on “fixing” trauma but on coaching the person while being aware of trauma's influence on thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching views a person not as an isolated individual but as part of an interconnected system: family, teams, organisations, culture. It focuses on how relationships, roles, structures, and patterns shape behaviour and outcomes.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. You don't need a formal diagnosis of ADHD, or of anything else. If it's on your mind and affecting how you live or work, it's welcome here.
Do we meet online or in person?
Most coaching happens online, wherever you are in the UK. I also see families and young people in person in Essex.
How many sessions will I need?
There's no fixed number. We'll talk about what would genuinely help at your introductory call, then review together as we go.
Can you work with my child or teenager?
Yes. I offer systemic and family coaching, and support for young people and students navigating ADHD and neurodivergence.
What does "neuro-affirming" actually mean?
It means I see ADHD and neurodivergence as differences, not deficits. We work with how your mind is wired, and build on your strengths.
Is what we talk about confidential?
Yes. Our conversations are private and held with care. I'll always explain the few, rare exceptions clearly and up front.
You don't have to figure this out alone.
Tell me a little about what's on your mind and I'll reply personally, usually within two working days, to arrange your free call. No pressure, no cost.
Your message comes straight to my inbox. Nothing is booked automatically; I'll be in touch to find a time that suits you.
